Since I started eating raw about six months ago, I’ve mostly eaten whatever I wanted as long as it was raw and vegan- or honey. Last week I switched it up for 6 days of just fruits and vegetable. No fatty fruits either- like avocado. Just fruits, veg, and honey. I was curious if I would feel different, perceive differently, think differently, etc.
well, the anticlimatic result was- no change. It was boring to eat that way, and involved having a lot of bananas to get enough calories. I didn’t feel different, lose weight, have more or less energy….in summary, it was so un-interesting that I forgot to write this update for 5 days.
